I have small Yorkie and keep her coat long. Does it tangle in the hair easily?

I bought it for my cat. She has medium long hair and it doesn’t tangle it her hair at all. The part of the collar that goes against the hair is very soft. I think that helps to keep it from getting tangled in the hair.

Would this fit a 10 week old kitten?

Absolutely not..the length is to long for that young of a kitten!!

Compatible with flea collar? Will it cause irritation when worn with a flea collar.

Yes, collar can be worn with a flea collar is your cat is ok with it. Mine didn't like having so much around her neck and after a month or so some of the jewels started to fall out. Hope this helps.
