Easy to put together, and super cute and affordable
The media could not be loaded. Update: the problem was me, as I moved it to the yard and stared at it sadly from my window because the pump sounded too loud and I decided to leave it unplugged and be a stationary bird bath I realized the piece that sits on the basin bowl was in no way shape or form lined up in the middle and there was a huge pocket gap, which definitely would’ve made the noise, I just couldn’t see it until I was far away and could see the alignment to the top of the fountain lol moral of the story all is well now and it’s fine lol So, this fountain is cute. I originally was going between this and a regular one that doesn’t flow, I decided a tri tier might be cute if it works out. It was easy to assemble but the instructions made it harder, put the bottom foot disc on last, it’s easier to string the electrical cable through there that way. When I plugged it in it was loud, I’ve had fish most my life so a filter motor doesn’t bother me too much, this thing was loud and I couldn’t get over it. I’ll probably leave it unplugged in my yard and hide the cable. It’s not worth the trouble to me to drain it, dry it, break it back down and send it back for a single level basic one. They have a how to in the booklet on fixing it if it’s loud but the motor is the first piece you instal and its hard to fit the screws into the base piece for the motor, the cable on the inside makes it not wanna lay down enough to touch the screw holes, I had to have my bf help me screw them in while I pushed it down. It’s cute, just not worth the trouble in my case.

Long-lasting, hard-working fountain
The media could not be loaded. I bought this fountain in 2021; it is now 2025 and the little thing is still going strong. It runs non-stop all spring, summer, and early fall. It sets a wonderful aesthetic on my deck, and although it can’t drown out the annoying barking of the neighbor’s dogs, it creates a little oasis in its own right. I’m mindful to not let it freeze in the winter and to keep the water level full. I periodically scrub the tiers to remove gunk and shoot a strong spray of water down the spout and into the base/pump housing to dislodge any debris that may be clogging the pump.I highly recommend this foundation and would definitely buy it again.

Junk
This ended up in the trash after 1 season. It's very light weight and top heavy. It cracked after about a week It needed a completely flat surface to keep from tipping. It was hard to control the fountain so keep from over spray. It needed filled every day because it wouldn't hold water. I liked the color and stability of pump although it was very small there was no way to control it or to keep debris out.

Great for the Price - But The Pump Can Be An Issue
For the price (I paid $45) this is a great deal! The fountain is attractive and because it is light weight, easy to move. The instructions are clear and well written. Birds love it!Assembly of the pump is the only real negative. After several tries, I ended up ignoring the instructions and attached the Pump Housing to the Fountain Basin BEFORE attaching the pump to the Pump Tube.Overall, I can recommend this if you don't want to spend a lot of money on a fountain.Addendum: About a week after installing the fountain my automatic watering system malfunctioned, resulting in no water getting to the fountain. Unlike many small pumps that can run ok without water, this one burned up (parts of the plastic housing actually melted), meaning it must always run with water. I learned that there are no replacement pumps available. I ended up getting an inexpensive aquarium pump, installed in on the fountain's bracket, and now all is good!

water has to be level
I got an Amazon warehouse deal and I'm glad to get this for about half price. After an hour of assembly, I find out the lower tier is off level, so it won't hold as much water, and more importantly it won't splash all around evenly. My only idea of a fix is to shim under the base, but this is for a concrete floor patio and shimming will make it less sturdy. It came out fairly level with three shims under it and was sturdy.

For the price, a great deal. Perhaps too light.
I've purchased two of these over the years. My first one died after I kept running it without water in the bath and the water pump died. There really isn't any chance of just replacing the water pump for a new one in how this is made, so you just need to buy a completely new stand and all. When I purchased the 2nd one, there were some problems with some of the tiers (one was broken, and another an issue with the opening). I texted the number provided for problems, was able to send a picture of the problem, and they put a new product in the mail rather quickly... so customer service was very helpful.I would put this for less than 5 stars if it was more expensive. It's so light that it can be hard to keep the tiers level (the water tends to flow more out of one side than evenly). I usually get it close enough by putting things underneath of the stand in spots to lean it on a direction to at least make it look more level. The weight of the water even changes this, so it's not that the pedestal itself is not level. But for the cost, this really meets all of my expectations. Buying a concrete unit would be MUCH heavier, more of a pain to move around, and more than double the price. This unit is so much more convenient (you can even take it apart and store it over the winter if you want) that the stability issue is worth the hassle.

Great Product, Great Experience
First of all, love the fountain. Honestly the look and operation is much better than I expected, especially in regards to price. We love hearing the trickling water at night. Highest recommendation. But more than that, we had a fairly minor issue. I called customer service, they immediately sent a link, I provided a couple of pics, and within an hour they agreed to send replacement. It arrived in two days. I can't say enough about the wonderful customer service, which is so lacking with most companies today. You can buy a great product for a great price, with no worries about the company being there is you should need them.
