It says 19g carbs per serving on the pack. How does that become 6g net carb ?

When calculating net carbs, the amount of fiber, which in this case is 13g, is deducted from the total carbs. That is how you arrive at 6 net carbs.

Do these freeze well - I want to buy a lot but worried they'll lose their texture after defrosting?

Yes. I do the same. They freeze well. Try Mama Lupe's low carb tortillas, too. I think they are even better. They are sold on Amazon, too.

$6 is crazy! I buy them at Walmart for $4.24, which is still expensive, but just for myself and my low-carb eating plan.

Yes. I place waxed paper between each tortilla and then freeze them back in the original bag. If you don't, they stick together. Let them sit out for a few minutes and they're good to go!
