When I ordered this pan did not realize how big it is. But I decided to try it out. Now I love it. Nothing sticks to it. Because of the size noting spills out and I am a messy cook so it keeps my stove top clean. I have a glass stove top and this pan has a something on the that keeps it from sliding around which for me is a good thing. It is a pan that really enjoy. It is very easy to clean. I was hesitant about buying it because Farberware is not a brand known for a good quality, but this pan is now my favorite. I recommend them highly!

This cooking vessel is worth adding to your kitchen menagerie. I have had large covered skillets with good handles opposite each other for two hand lifting before...but THIS skillet goes a step farther...and I love it. One side has the long handle, and on the other a short handle...which gives a solid control when lifting and manipulating the skillet.The versatility of this skillet is sweet. You can prepare anything a Dutch Oven can. Roasts, chicken, turkey, stew and more...all on your stove top...with the same capacity as the Dutch Oven. Cooking is even and does not leave cold spots.The surfaces are well done, smooth, and elegant. Inside, the copper coating insures your food will be harvested easily, it's non-stick coating a lasting feature, if not abused. Proper care will give you cooking ease and joy for years.The lid fits well, and is heavy clear glass... (The top knob gets a tad warm, so use a hotpad or cotton dishcloth to remove the lid. Lol)Cleaning is no trouble. A Scotch Brite scrubbie does the trick, and protects the non-stick coating, yet allows for adequate scrub action for whatever residues you encounter.Breakfast foods can be used in this skillet easily too, but it's large capacity is a bit of an overkill to produce eggs over easy... I would save eggs for a smaller skillet...but bacon is easy.Versitile, practical and durable. All in all, this covered skillet is well worth the price. I would buy it again anytime.

Enjoying the new pan. Even cooking and easy to clean.

This pan was purchased for a cooking class, and would work well for a larger family. It is a pan that is used everyday, and thus gets a lot of usage and a lot of treatment by students that aren't always the easiest on cookware.We purchased this pan about a year ago, and the finish is starting to show wear and the non-stick now sticks. We recently purchased a new pan to replace this one but the instructor decided to keep this in the cabinet for high volume day.We have gotten good service and I do give that fact that with students it may not be treated as well as single cook that will be more loving. Our experience is the non stick surface did not hold up as well as some of the other finishes we have used, and are using, but it is still a good pan. The main wish from the start is that we would like to have had a matching lid, however, as a budget pan it does a good job.

I have a $300 french fry pan where food sticks on a nonstick surface. I bought this $16 pan and it works great. Everything cooks evenly and food slides out smoothly. So happy.

So far these are holding up well, very sturdy and no complaints. It's definitely not as good at even heat dispersion as my cast iron skillets, but it seems a bit better than my previous nonsticks.

This copper surface is the best I’ve ever had! Everything slides out without a trace! I’ve had Calphalon and other expensive brands before but these are much easier to clean. I usually just give them a quick wipe. But I have run them through the dishwasher many times and they still look like new. It arrived with a broken glass lid, so I contacted the manufacturer and they sent a replacement (pot and lid) right away. You can drain it through the lid so you don’t have to wash a colander.

This pot is a must have for making eggs, bacon, and pancakes. This makes a great breakfast pot, and thats all I use it for. When you cook you need to have different pots for different items, and you will get the best results. This is the same pot I see being used only to make breakfast at most breakfast serving places. If you wonder why the breakfast in the restaurants taste better than at home. This is the reason as majority of cooks will tell you they have pots for cooking certain food only. Eggs in any form comes out great in this pot. I highly recommend purchasing this item.

Vengo de una familia que ha tenido restaurantes por generaciones, por lo que sabemos perfectamente utilizar y cuidar cualquier tipo de sartén, quise probar estos Farberger pero solo me duraron 15 días, a los 4 días ya era necesario agregar más aceite y en menos de 15 días ya se le pegaba todo tipo de alimentos, además resultaba casi imposible poder lavarlos y que se les desprendieran los residuos. Por otro lado, se formó una capa ocre oscuro, que no pertenecía a ningún alimento y la cual no desapareció con ningún método de limpieza, por lo que decidí devolver los sartenes. Definitivamente no los recomiendo.

This cookware is truly nonstick and easy to clean. Enjoy using it. Highly recommend.
