Great value, fixed the flicker.
Good buy, fits well. So the bump isn't pressed into the plate. It's a piece of black rubber tape, think thick electrical tape. It comes with a strip big enough to do like 4-5 more plates. Works better than the RTV I have used before. After the third battery swap, I got the flicker, this fixed it. The extra screws were a bonus.

Good value no wiggle battery plate. Works well with my RMRs

Perfect!
This is exactly what I needed to mount my Trijicon RMR to my P80 with RMR cut slide. I have a Gen 1 RMR optic so I used 2 of the little foam disks stacked up to put mild pressure on the battery and so far no issues with it flickering. The plate fits perfectly and seals the bottom of the optic.

Solid sealing plates for my RMRs
I was on the hunt for a sealing plate for a 1st gen RMR and found this plate set which includes both the flat plate, and a plate with the battery hump that can help reduce flicker in the 1st gen RMRs. Getting two plates for this price alone was worth giving it a go. I used the humped plate on a carry gun, and put the flat plate under a rifle mounted RMR. So a milled slide and a Trijicon mount and it supplied plates for both of them. Haven't submerged either, but can see a nice seal around the edges of both optics now. The low price is worth the peace of mind for me. I didn't use the screws for either as my pistol was milled for a different screw size and my rifle mount had longer screws, so I really can't speak to hardware quality there. These are advertised as fitting MOS and OSP cuts, but it fits under the RMR nicely so they'll work on *ANY* Trijicon RMR cut. Well worth the price.
