This is useful for women having delayed/absent menstruation due to Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS) and other hormonal problems that cause late periods. Good for starting a late period. If you think you'll be late due to known hormone probs, start taking it 1-2 weeks before period is due, then stop taking it when bleeding starts, this is for short term use, as needed.
