Water Aerobics Aquatic Dumbbells Weights Buoys Medium Resistance (Pair)

I was looking specifically for a medium resistance dumbbell. This is almost medium. I checked it out with other people that work out in the water using weights and they had the same response. The difference is not enough to send back or not use. My friend got the one with the white stripe and that one has even less resistance. I am glad I got this one and will get the hard one soon from the same place if possible.

I had been wanting weights for several years and found these on Amazon. I was very excited to see my choices - these are Medium resistence which I like a lot - we have a wonderful pool - tried them out this morning and LOVE the way they react in the pool. They are great on your hands and allow you to do many things. I wanted to work on upper body strength for tennis and get a lower body workout. I am looking forward to using these again and I loved the fact that I could order them and have them delivered to my door. They were very reasonably priced too. I will shop with this company again.

I really like these dumbbells. When I first bought them I was under the impression that they were medium resistance but after use I would actually say they are medium to heavy.Pro's: they do not retain water except for the grips and that doesn't last too long.Con's: the dumbbell mares easily. They pick up dents and impressions from my mesh bag. Be careful walking near the plastic lane dividers as I sliced mine. As long as you don't mind imperfections, then you should be very happy.

The space for your hands is a little narrow for me. In our water aerobics class we use these weights in different ways and it would be nice to have a a couple of inches more between the "weights".

One of my favorite pool toys. I use these aquatic dumbbells to enhance my water workout. They are great to use as weights and as floats to do a variety of exercises in the water.
