Gives great flavour and doesn’t slide off the meat
This is great for bbq chicken or pork. Because it’s a powder it doesn’t slide off the meat and gives it flavour and colour. I put the meat and the powder in a freezer bag, give it a shake and leave to marinade for a while, great flavour.
