Very small pantaloons
Adult pantaloons - no way - my 14yr daughter couldn’t get them up let alone on properly. Far too small.

Victorian delight to wear. buy the larger size
Light, soft and comfortable but don't order the smaller size as in my honest opinion that would fit a child in the waistband. Get the larger size (I am a size 8 so I have a 28 inch waist).
