How are they cleaned?

Absorption Sheets are not intended to be machine washed. Instead, they can be cleaned by lightly dusting or vacuuming, or spot treating as needed. Absorption Sheets should not be saturated.

Can you step on/put equipment on these? I want to use them on the floor.

I would not recommend using these on the flooring. They're not designed to have equipment placed on them or be walked on, so this may damage the sheets.
