Slip these 1" dowel long dibble pins in your soil block maker to create a deep hole in your soil block to seed large seeds so they root firmly deep in the block. Or, use to root cuttings of any plant.

Work wonderfully for larger seeds
I use this to plant my squash, zucchini, cucumber, watermelon, cantaloupe and those type sees. Worked great! When using larger plants, separate them a little once they have emerged....

bought to use with 2x2 soil blocker, to be able to re-plant the 2x2 soil blocks into the 4x4 soil blocks. they work wonderful. they snap in place and once in place, they make perfect deep holes to place big seeds, like squash, cucumber and cantaloupe, and watermelon in to. allows expanded usage of your soil blocking equipment.
