Love this toy
Love this toy. We have a full Collie. and she needs stuff to keep her entertained or she gets bored and chews things.. wall corner, table and chair legs, the coat rack legs. anything wood. You scoop treats or food in it and they roll it around and knock some stuff out.You dont have to FILL it. The more you put, the more that comes out in the beginning and then less comes out at once as it rolls around. Usually, a small handful of treats and some kibble is what I put in it. I think she thinks the kibble in it is some super awesome treat compared to her food in a bowl. She will watch me take food out of her bowl and put it in the ball and then think its not the same stuff I took out of her bowl. For a while, our dog wouldnt eat her food out of her dish, we dont really know why other then being picky (my friends collie did the same thing so maybe its a collie thing?). Put it in the ball and she had a blast and got through the picky era.She loves to play with the ball but she gets bored easy with most toys, this one she will play with until everything is put or until the payout is too low for her to keep going. She doesnt chew this toy like others have been claiming. I think her mouth might be too small to do so. She picks it up and gives it to us if she wants to use it. The hole area is a harder plastic then the rest. The rest has like a soft plastic feel, kind of like a doll. You cannot clean the inside, so you should use dry treats or kibble, mostly round little ones. It does have a slight scent to it. But I like it. It smells like baby powder/slightly plastic smell. I only notice it if i pick it up and sniff it.

super strong!
This is an amazing product for a fast eater. It takes a 30 second meal and turns it into a 5-10 minute meal. Not only does it help slow him down it gives us a little time to breath!3 month old puppy figured it out pretty quick. He doesn t get frustrated or upset with it either. He just keeps working until those kibbles stop falling out. I think he knows when it is empty to cause he will sit and wait until we come open it and confirm its empty.Seems like it is super durable too.And for really tiny kibble you can table over 10-20% of the hole to make it come out slower too. Just tape it from the inside!

Great toys for the pit bull. Glad they were in stock.
This is the BEST way to feed or reward a dog that inhales its food. Our 12 year young harrier hound still brings " red ball" at mealtimes and then pushes it around the patio or kitchen with her nose until every kibble has dropped out. She has even learned to pick it up and throw it to dislodge more of the treats. It holds about 1.5+ cups and keeps her busy for 10-15 minutes. My pet store no longer carries this and I was happy to find it on Amazon! And they last years - even outside!

My dog loves it!
I wanted something to help keep my dog s mind off of me leaving the house. I m glad I ordered the Large as it s smaller than I expected it to be. My dog is 53 pounds and this works well, not sure I d want it much bigger to be honest. I drop in several treats, give it a shot of easy treat, and then finish it off by adding a ball cookie hanging out the end. This combination works well and keeps him busy for maybe 10 minutes. :)

I use this to feed my 18 month
I use this to feed my 18 month old German Shepherd whom tends to eat his food a bit faster than I d like. This toy holds about 1 cup of dog food and he has a blast spinning it around on the floor to get his food. I ve found it does work best on tile and wood floors over carpet (though it does work on carpet). I do not recommend you leave this or any toy out unattended as a large breed can still damage or destroy it.

One of the only treat puzzle toys our border collie can t cheat
One of the only treat puzzle toys our border collie can t cheat. She actually has to roll this one around to get the treats out because of "tube" inside. This one she actually has to roll around, instead of laying down somewhere and just picking it up with the dispenser facing her mouth and gobbling the treats down. We feed her her dinner (~1 cup) in the large one.

so far so good. Very tough
This is one of the few toys we have for my dog that she has been completely unable to destroy. It s kind of a weird shape (looks a little like a back massager, but my dog seems to go crazy for it. And it s made of black magic or something because she s so far been unable to perforate it anywhere. Good stuff.
