Effective and Easy on the Stomach!
I have been using this product for several years because it works! I take 2 in the morning and 2 late afternoon. They don't hurt my stomach like some other products that I have tried. I will continue buying this product and recommend it for anyone looking for an easy-to-digest fiber capsule.

Works Well but Slightly Slow
These daily fiber capsules help with regularity and are easy to take. They work, but results are a bit slower than I expected. Overall, a reliable and convenient supplement to support digestive health.

Absolutely works
Absolutely works! I was emptying out maybe once a week before. After taking 10 a day was emptying out one to two times a day. Don’t under-does yourself by taking 3 at first. They will not work. Take the regular amount 5-15 a day and you’ll be completely empty with ease.

Not really worth the effort, time, or money
These are fine but you have to swallow 5 pills to get 2g of fiber. Not sure why these exist. It's hardly worth the effort or money. You can get 2g of fiber from a lot of other things. For example other options with 2g of fiber. Fruits * A medium-sized tangerine * One medium fresh peach * One small banana * Two medium fresh apricots * Half a cup of applesauce * A quarter cup of cantaloupe Vegetables * One medium raw tomato * Half a cup of cooked broccoli * Half a cup of cooked peas * Half a cup of cooked spinach * One medium raw carrot * An ear of corn on the cob Grains and Legumes * One slice of whole wheat bread * One cup of cooked spaghetti * Half a cup of cooked brown rice * One cup of air-popped popcorn * A four-inch baked potato without the skin
