Seeing above while walking is super helpful. After walking full sprint through the rain head first into a parked utility truck with a cherry picker basket that some imbecile left above a sidewalk, I decided I wanted a clear umbrella.I got about 10 uses before the strap broke, and 20-30 uses in windy/wet weather before the mechanism stopped latching shut.For $20 it’s a short term solution so wouldn’t buy again, but this was the only collapsible clear umbrella I could find.

It’s a cute umbrella, but hard to close

The packaging and looks of this umbrella are great; it is a beautiful thing with a very useful purpose and reads as very wonderfully designed. However, upon using it for the first time today, I opened it with the button, closed it with the button, pushed on the top and bottom to fully close as instructed, and then when I got to my destination, the umbrella would not open all the way using the button no matter how many times I pushed it. It was pouring down rain and I had a long walk from the parking pad, so I did try to pull it up the rest of the way while trying to push the button again, but then the umbrella would not go up anymore or stay open, and it also will not close all the way if the button was pushed again either. It is essentially stuck and does not function. I am out of the return window, so taking a loss for this one. It was pretty expensive to get 30 seconds of use from it walking from my house to my car, and not being able to use it again. Better luck with the remaining stock.

A wonderful umbrella, sheer and lightweight. However, this umbrella was nearly impossible to close, even after pressing the retract button to collapse it. Pressing it together took so much strength I can hardly do it.

Had it for a a while now, So far I am liking it. Stylish and functional. Came with a nice felt protective case and I keep it in my backpack at all times. It is bulkier than I thought but it’s not bad at all. It’s better than buying one in the supermarket or convenience store.

Okay, I got this for a trip where I knew I'd be in the rain a lot wanting to take photos. It is nice for that purpose because it lets light through and/or you can make photos/see through it. But, it does turn inside out in a strong wind. Its snappy strap to keep it closed broke immediately. It doesn't always want to stay closed. It is very bulky for a "compact" umbrella. But, I'm sure it isn't the worst umbrella you could buy. I mean, it served me all right for 2 weeks in Europe.

This umbrella is beautiful! I've always wanted a transparent umbrella but I travel often, hence a foldable one is more appropriate for me. I love the way the manufacturer packaged it, you can even gift it! It also came in a protective pouch. I can't review the durability of the product yet, but I'm hoping to use it for a long time.

I've never seen an umbrella so well packaged and super cute packaging at that. While I haven't used it yet, will be perfect for inclement weather when traveling no doubt.

The umbrella is very light and not sturdy at all. After the first use, I am unable to close it. It's completely stuck.
