do you need to move the vacuum pump?

You don't have to, but having it out of the way makes the two inner bolts on the driver side more accessible. I did not relocate it, and I certainly was fighting it when I was taking the bumper off. Putting the barricade on is easier as you have more room and you've redirected the fog light wiring which also frees up space.

I would assume it doesn't come with d rings. Right ? Or ....
