Tablets are thick and hard to swallow. No onvious allergy or sensitivity reactions yet after 3 days and 3 doses. Flavorless so to speak. I won't know if it is benefiting me for a couple of weeks yet.

It says easy to swallow tablets. I find them rather large and dry. Not easy to swallow. I have not tried chewing them., but maybe that is what makes them easy to swallow.
