Really Helps My Dog Stay Calm
These calming chews have worked really well for helping my dog relax during stressful situations like storms, fireworks, travel, and vet visits. They seem to take the edge off without making my dog overly sleepy or completely out of it. My dog actually likes the flavor, which is a huge plus because some calming supplements are hard to get pets to eat. The soft chew texture also makes them easy to give as a treat. I noticed my dog seemed calmer and less anxious after taking them, especially during loud noises and stressful evenings. They’ve become something I always try to keep on hand during storm season and holidays with fireworks. Overall, these are a great calming supplement option for anxious dogs and have been really helpful for stress support without needing anything overly strong.

Amazing stuff!
We adopted Bobby from the shelter about 2 months ago. He's 17 years old and showing signs of cognitive decline/dementia. He would wake up suddenly and pace for hours at night, which would then make him really tired during the day. He would take a lot of naps but he'd always wake up in a panic. It made us sad to see him like that...not able to relax, tired, confused. I had read wonderful things about melatonin for senior dogs so decided to try. Wow! Amazing stuff! The very first night he pretty much slept through it àl. He only got up to reposition himself and right back to sleep he went. No.sudden panicked wake ups, no pacing. During the day he is happier, more energetic, less confused. He was able to sit and relax next to me and in my arms. We are so happy to see him happy.

Works ok-not a miracle pill
Bought for a senior dog to help with sun downing. He barks, whines, licks and begs for food constantly from 5pm until we go to bed. These help a little. I had to give him one and a half tablets even though his dose is one tablet. They aren’t a sedative so if your dog is very anxious, I don’t see them working. For our dog, they help settle him so he isn’t in and out of bed multiple times before he settles. They don’t smell great but he loves them! No side effects.

Didn’t work for us
Purchased these for my 8 pound Chihuahua to help keep her keep calm during the fireworks as well as car rides. It’s been almost 3 weeks of using these and they don’t appear to have any effect. Three stars because they smell like they might be delish and my dog seems to like them. I give them to her before bed, just in case there is a calming effect after continued use. Would not recommend.

One star for now.
I work at my local Animal Shelter and adopted an 'animal hoarding/neglect' four month old puppy. He has slowly come out of his shell - with me - over time. This is the only dog I have ever had that I didn't immediately crate train. One, I didn't see the need, as he rarely moved. Two, I didn't want to attempt it and have it cause him more harm than good. This worked nicely for a while. Eventually, he started licking armpits and crying all night because I wasn't awake to give him 100% of the attention he wanted. I tried to just ignore it, hoping it would go away with time but it didn't. So, I gave him his own room. Made it all cozy, etc. That worked for about a week. He decided he was going to eat the blinds, the carpet, the door, anything he could find. So, I broke down and bought the crate. He seemed to love it for the first couple of days, and then the non-stop barking and scratching at the cage ensued. I saw the reviews on this and hoped that it would help us all to be more comfortable. It was going to be nearly a week until I received it and so in the meantime, I got him a new bed and put it in my room at the foot of the bed. He slept there almost perfectly the entire time. I thought that even when this did arrive, I probably just wouldn't worry with the crate anymore, since his licking and crying issue seemed to have pretty well come to an end. I finally received these and gave one to my boy immediately. No change, I have seen several people on reviews say that the recommended dosage didn't do anything, but that when they give more, it will work. So, I gave my boy another. He became a barking, inconsolable idiot. Talked shit All. Night. Long. When I would reach out to pet/console him, he would try to bite at my hands as if it were playtime. Finally, around two am, into the kennel he went. It is now 8 am and he is still pacing and anxious, although the barking has let down just a little. I read one review that said she had to give this to her dogs for weeks in order for it to start making any difference in their behavior, so, I will continue to give it a try. If my experience goes as hers does, I will revise my star rating and update my review. But, I have to say, based on immediate 'for travel, grooming, or stressful situations', I 10/10 would NOT recommend this product.

Seems to work!
I was skeptical about if my dog would take this treat as she’s very picky, and also if it would work at all. I work from home and there’s usually always someone here if I’m not. However, when we all need to leave the house and she is put in her crate she literally screams nonstop. It seems from the first time I gave her this supplement, it did calm her down, and it seemed like she was more quiet and sleeping in the crate. I have a ring camera that I keep on her when she’s in her crate so I could check in and see how she’s doing. She is a 15 pound Frenchton for reference. I would recommend this supplement to assist calming your dog in stressful situations.

Works wonders!
Amazing!! My dog is absolutely terrified of thunderstorms and fireworks, so I finally got these for the 4th. He is so calm, yet not sleepy, which I like. He ate the treat happily and it seems to be working great.
