Question 1

what does no bag included mean.? Is a bag required to use?

Accepted Answer

Jacquelone - the no bag comment means there’s no storage bag included with our bath. We included one with our first shipment as a free gift - this will become a standard feature from Sept 2019. If you message us we can also give you a discount code for our Sitz Bath Soak which we also sell on amazon. It’s so so good ..

Question 2

Is there a weight limit on this product?

Accepted Answer

The instructions do not indicate a weight limit. The bath is a one piece molding and rests on the toilet bowl itself, so it should be capable of supporting whoever normally uses the toilet. Also, the manufacturers state that they will replace it if it breaks.

Question 3

Does it fit an elongated toilet?

Accepted Answer

Hi Roger

Question 4

What are exact measurements of this item? how to measure exactly? thank you.

Accepted Answer

Hi Jane from Soothic Customer Care
Our SItz bath is 15.5 x 13.9 x 4.5 inches
A standard toilets rim with lip is around 14 inch's from side to side (outside to outside) - the length is around 16 inch's - end to end . (outside to outside).
(Note) A Sitz bath sits on the porcelin part of the Toilet - meaning the lid is up.
If you found that Our sitz bath is a little small for your toilet or if travelling and using at a friends place or Motel then place it on the the toilet with the seat down, it does work .
I hope this helps with your enquirey
Have a fantasic day
