Is it work with lotos ltpdc2000d plasma cutte?

It's okay. It is not the long shaft that shows in the picture. The shaft is only 6" long. You have to buy the other long shaft for it. Other then that it works fine. No it does not work with a plasma cutter. It will arc out on the head and melt the flange wizard..... I already tried that.

what is the smallest diameter hole you can cut with it?

3/4" hole butt on 1/2" plate, butt you will need the correct cutting tip and gas settings

Can you attach a longer or shorter rod handle?

Yes, but you would have to make one yourself.

What is the biggest hole it will cut?
