These are much more comfortable than I imagined they would be. They fit into my shoes well enough with a bit of an overhang. Thankfully this is made of a gel type silicone so I can just trim the excess. I was concerned the "bearings" would be uncomfortable but not at all. Felt some definite relief the first few wears, so I'm confident this will help over time to reduce general pains I get from occasional plantars fasciitis flare-ups.

Wasn't crazy about these. They hurt the bottom of my feet! They had a texture molded into the rubber that was painful to walk on.

I got these insoles and put them in immediately. They were very easy to cut to size and slid right into my shoes. They were super comfortable and by the end of the day I noticed my heel pain was gone. Would definitely recommend. My only wish is that they came with a diagram to show where the magnet/acupressure points should be on your feet to make sure I had proper placement.

Here is another alternative choice for hurting feet. It worked for me. The greatest challenge is getting use to the feel of the inserts and minimizing wearing them initially and gradually increase wear time duration. This item is much more economically feasible for me than frequent visits to the reflexologist, massage therapist, or pain meds with unending refills. Why not give it a try the price of a 2 meal combo your feet are worth it you only have one pair of feet for a lifetime.

Very Uncomfortable and as others have said the magnets fall out, and only after 2 days of wearing these cheap insoles + they made my feet stinky and I don't have that problem with Any other insoles!! A Waste of money 🖓🖓

I took these with me to a military school where I knew I’d be on my feet a lot and slipped them in my boots. They were a perfect fit. Wore them one whole day and was conscious they were there every single time I put weight on my feet. They didn’t hurt. But they also didn’t help. I didn’t want to think about my feet every time I stepped so I only wore them that one 12 hour day. I did not pack them in my return luggage preferring to throw them away. If they work for you - GREAT! For me, they were more of a nuisance.

Great magnet shoe inserts! These purchased to replace some others purchased years ago w slippers; am happy to find these ones. The ones received are sturdy and seem to be wearing well. As noted for a 9 to 9.5 women’s size will not need trimming; these are medium width. Clearly I like magnet inserts, believe they help with stiffness and inflexibility, and have been wearing such for over ten years. These seem to work as well as ones previously owned.

As a healthcare worker, I am on my feet constantly. This insole is a nice extra support. I like the miniacupressure points, but I also noticed that if you are sensitive to them and they bother you they are easily removable. You can also flip the insole over for more pressure from the nodules. I definitely recommend it. Also, if you are a size 9/9.5 you don't need to trim the insoles at all, but they do have markers if you have smaller feet. The insoles help align you from the bottom up--the moment I wore them I felt like my hips adjusted. More support is always better.

Comfy and have helped a little with pain, but will take time

they are fantastic as they have pressue points in just the right places

They barely fit a mens 9 Shoe and slide forward when you put your foot In. Still in testing Phase, So far they should be wider, so they do not slide around.

When you first use them it's like walking on pins. I bought these for pain relief which is not the case

If you like walking on pebbles, buy these insoles.
