I was having the problem of c***pation. After a couple days of regular use, my problem is solved and I'm very happy. Most husk products taste terrible, so I'm happy this one has added orange flavour.

Forceful intrusion of CO2 releasing element and orange colour. This does not taste good. plain isabgol would have been better.
