One must should & know that our body condition before consuming whether with empty or with food. Better to take around 2gm mix 200ml water & drink immediately. Better to drink morning or evening as your like but not after 6PM, because one face urination problem to take sufficient water after this DRINK...

Contains only 68% Isabgol. On top of it has saccharine and a wierd orange taste. Not returnable and frankly an avoidable synthetic chemical taste for a laxative.

I purchased this at the lowest price available across various online and offline stores. Although the Amazon app lists the expiry date as July 4, 2026, the physical packaging indicates November 2027. ๐๐ป๐ Overall, the experience has been positive, my family has used Naturolax many times before and we have no complaints as of now.
