Very well-made product. Really good quality and easy to install. I had made a mistake when I ordered sets of blinds. I miss ordered one set. The company was very very nice about it and help me solve the problem even though I made the mistake. They were very kind, Considerate, professional. They really seem to care about the quality of their product and their service after the sale. I am definitely going to buy more for the house. This is the company you can trust and you get exactly what you pay for. I couldn’t ask for a better experience. Very very good company to buy from highly recommended.

bought these as replacements. I think the old ones were Walmart brand- 10 years ago. I expected these to be better than they are for the price point. The wooden slats are nice, but the mechanisms feel very cheap. I don't think they are much if any better than my old ones. I also wish I would have noticed the line about them being 1/2 inch short. I ordered 48" because I need 48". It wouldn't have been as bad that the blinds are 1/2" short but the valance is too.

Wow! Incredible product. Reasonable pricing and look terrific. I never bought blinds before but if you don't stop looking right now and buy these you are crazy. Brilliant design, look great, cannot complain at all. You may want to go elsewhere if you have kids that are crazy because these are nice. One, you don't want them screwing them up. Two, if they are going to be throwing stuff in the house, it could knock the valence down. The reason this is because it is so easy to install. Basically I am not a handy man at all but this was easy. A monkey could do it! Take accurate measurements as they request, give that to them when they email you and you're good to go. I WILL BE ORDERING AGAIN SOON!

I initially bought 2 blinds as it is difficult to know what you are going to get going off of pictures. When they arrived, though there was light damage to the shipping box, the blinds looked great. Easy to install and super lightweight (compared to the wood blinds we had up previously anyway). I was really happy with them so I ordered 2 more to complete the room. This time the shipping box was perfectly fine, but 1 of the 2 had problems. There was light damage and what looked like water marks on a few of the slats which I imagine was some issue in the staining process. I'm not sure if that is important to people or not, but do know these are stained. The damage and water marks aren't glaring and unless you are really inspecting the blind it would probably go unnoticed, but it's there. Overall I'm happy with them and will likely order more, but at the same time I'm a little disappointed with the one. I never contacted the company and they may have been more than happy to replace it who knows, but it wasn't bad enough for me to go down that road.

I've had our set of blinds for about 2 months now and absolutely love it! Cleans up soo much easier than the faux blinds I had before and actually close the light out better too when needed. very easy to work and I don't feel like it tugs as much as the others I had trying to move them up and down. Overall I would love this product and wouldn't hesitate to purchase them again.

I highly recommend purchasing these blinds. They are beautiful and high quality, easy to assemble. Make sure when measuring that you measure the window and not the blinds. Boxes came in great condition, and in a timely manner. I highly recommend this seller - the price is very reasonable for a high quality product. Other than making sure you take the right measurement, I have only very positive things to say about the whole process. You certainly won't be disappointed in the product or the service.

I was on the fence at first but I'm glad I got these. The blinds look really beautiful and add a lot of character to the room. I actually had some trouble with the first one I ordered but their customer service is really great and they immediately offered to replace it after I sent a video. It's a solid product and it's nice to buy from a company that honors its guarantee

I ordered 3 of these and they are GREAT. I love the quality and they were easy for my husband to install. Will be ordering more. They even came early. Great product.
