No more spider webs & bugs in my face when I take my dog for his daily hike. This is amazing. Light weight. The meah actually feels good when the wind blows & it brushes your face. I did buy tan initially but the suns shinning on the meah made it harder to see. So I bought the black; much better.

Arrived on time. I bought this hat so I could mow the field and not get eaten alive by mosquitoes. It works like a dream. It’s super lightweight and allows good airflow. The mesh is easy to see through. It has an adjustable tie for under chin in case of high winds. Also to note that I was mowing on a windy day and all that coming out of the mower was being blown right into my face. This hat protected me from flying debris getting in my eyes. Worth every penny!!

Bought for $14.99 in July of 25'. The hats seem well made, they light weight and are pretty water resistant. The netting weave is definitely small and will prevent the little biters. --- There is one giant caveat that people need to be know before deciding what color to get. I found out the hard way. The color of the mesh impacts vision a lot. It looks nice having the hat and mesh be the same color but it doesn't work great in practice. In the sun, the light colored meshes reflect light a lot more more than dark colors, creating kind of a glare. It makes the mesh in front of your eyes more far more visible and lessens what you see past it. The light colored meshes are just terrible to see through. A black mesh is very good for seeing through. --- They should make all the netting that's in front the the face to be black. It can be any color in the back, unless you happen to have eyes back in the back of your head also. Anyway, I didn't know better then and bought a khaki and a pink for the wife and I. Neither was good to see through. I ended up getting some nylon dye and coloring the netting black. They're not quite as pretty looking now due to some dye splashes, but they're far more usable. I'm very happy with the price, fit, stitching and the materials. Other than not having all the hat colors come with black mesh, I have no complaints.

Truly effective!

This is fantastic! These things kept the bugs away the entire day. Greenheads, mosquito, horseflies, etc you name it it held up. The fit appeared to be one size fits all. I was able to see perfectly fine. Didn't have to worry about the sun very much as I was mostly in the woods but I am sure this would have protected me just fine in the sun.

This is perfect if you don't like having bugs/insects fly in your face when you are out walking the dog, working in the yard, cutting the grass, etc. It makes outdoor activities bearable.

I paint with this hat and the gray is perfect. The colors on my palette are muted, but still works great.

Functions just fine. Blocks the sun, blocks bugs, and the mesh gussets on the crown keep your head from getting too sweaty. The only reason I knocked a star off is because it's impossible to see through the netting when the Sun is shining on it. This was remedied by manually dyeing the mesh black, which isn't a huge deal, but trying to work when the Sun is low in the sky requires you to either face completely away or tuck your chin awkwardly, bringing the brim down for shade. Minor gripe, skill issue, whatever. It's a good product.

No more flys

These are a comfortable hat with a generous fly net that folds up onto the hat rim. Very good quality!

keeps the annoying flies out....can be a bit difficult to see through sometimes.
