SuperComfort Rescue Gum Oil 2 fl oz, Pre-Floss Mouth Oil for Oral Detox

I rarely leave a review after only using the product twice. I tend to wait months before giving my assessment. But this product has amazed me. I hate sesame oil. It's usually extremely pungent and I was expecting to be gagged horribly on it. I have a very intense gag reflex, so I'm leery about using Asian products. I was shocked when I opened it and noticed that it didn't smell like sesame cooking oil. It had a very mild scent and you could detect camphor, which I love. I was bracing myself for a disgusting taste (this thing has a ton of herbs and ingredients!), but it is remarkably pleasant, cooling and refreshing. I've never experienced and oil like this. I noticed an improvement in my mouth right away. My mouth didn't peel from this, unlike my Colgate mouthwash (it's like it exfoliates the whole inside of my mouth and I get all this 'goo' in the morning). It was gentle but I really feel it reduced inflammation. My gums already look better. If you have trouble gagging with oil. Try taking a very small sip, (you only need about 1/2 teaspoon of this stuff) and lean forward so the oil doesn't really get on your tongue. You just want it against your teeth. You can swoosh it and effectively control it. You begin to salivate almost instantly so the oil becomes thinned down quickly. I had no problem with it. I also got the tooth powder and I'm crazy about it. It has a noticeable camphor flavor that I just adore. It tastes wonderful and I feel like it's already whitened my teeth after using it twice. It genuinely makes brushing fun. And it has minerals in it, unlike the charcoal toothpaste I had used before. I think the charcoal leeched minerals out of my teeth because my sensitivity sky rocketed after using it. I got the mouthwash as well. It's so concentrated that 1/2 a teaspoon is more than enough. You'll instantly salivate enough to get a good swoosh. 12/25/16 I'm already having to purchase more of this and the tooth powder. That's really bad. For the price, this should last longer. To be fair, I have been using a large amount of the tooth powder to get the maximum results. I do think it will last a lot longer when I cut down the usage. But the oil I'm very sparing with and I only have half a bottle left. I bought two new oils and another tooth powder and it was almost $60. That's quite a lot. This company should either give a bit more product, or charge a bit less. However, I love these two products so far (the mouthwash- not so much). I feel that it's produced nothing short of a miracle in the health of my gums. They are still looking and feeling like healthy, normal gums. No redness or inflammation at all.

I struggle with canker sores. I have not read enough reviews to see if anyone else mentions them. Pretty much whenever I create some sort of abrasion in my mouth I am guaranteed to get a canker sore. It is brutal and at times I can get 10 at a time. It makes me miserable. I have tried so many different things to be rid of them but nothing seems to work consistently. I purchased this stuff when I was having some issues with my gums and was being treated for pocket depth. I used another organic product that my dentist recommended at first but it wasn't made anymore so I tried this stuff. I had to use the product each night for a few months. My gum issue was fixed and my pockets are well within the healthy range (combined this with the Dentist laser treatments). Once my gum problem was solved I stopped using this product on a regular basis for no other reason than I was lazy. One night I had a mouth full of canker sores and was miserable. I decided to swish with this stuff to see if it would help since it dawned on me that while using this product for my gums I never had a single canker sore. I swished it for a long time to ensure it hit them all even massaging it into my sores with my tongue. I spit it out but didn't rinse. When I woke up the next morning the pain was considerably less. By the next day many of the sores no longer hurt and where going away. None of them got any worse. Typically I would have been in for a couple of weeks of discomfort while each small sore grew and finally my body won out. I don't think this stuff is touted for canker sores but I have to say that in the past if I scraped my mouth I would have a canker sore in a day and at least a week of utter misery. Now, I use this stuff and I never even get one. When I do get them this stuff seems to stop them in their tracks. One of the best accidental finds I have ever had. I feel like I finally have an option to be free from canker sores! Perhaps I am just lucky and it won't do this for all, but I have to share my experience. My wife is more and more into essential oils and it has really changed the health of our family for the better. The ingredient list on this bottle is all the right stuff and it sure does seem to do the trick. It certainly gives your body all of the right things to fight mouth issues. It isn't a silver bullet to fix problems caused by bad dental hygiene and I'm sure results may vary but for the price it is worth a try if it can us canker sore miserables a chance for relief!

So this review/assessment will be based on months of using the whole system here - not just the mouthwash. I will also, for transparency sake, state that I have severe periodontal disease that I'm dealing with. As to the mouthwash - I will be continuing with it because it's the first mouthwash that my teeth don't hurt when I use it and I definitely can feel it working on my gums, whether it's nourishing the gums, cleaning the gums or whatever, I can definitely tell it's doing something. As for the powder toothpaste, the oil pull, and the ointment that you massage your gums with, I won't be continuing with those parts of the program for multiple reasons. First and foremost, I am not seeing any results. Actually my biological dentist said the results were so small she was actually not happy. Secondly, I find the price exorbitant when you use the whole set. I understand that clean, organic, whole products, especially in a small business, are more costly. But to spend almost $80 plus a month is just something I cannot continue to justify with how expensive things have gotten these past couple years in our nation. Lastly, perhaps in the future there could be a program where people that are using these products get rewards or discounts or the sets are sold with a discount or something to offset the price because I think it really is just too high. I do believe that these are quality products. I don't discount that at all. However, for the amount of money and the lack of improvement that I'm seeing I need to look at something else before I actually lose all my teeth. I pray that God will continue to bless his company because I do think they are probably filling a avoid for many people who have no other options.

This is either the 5th or 6th bottle of mouthwash I have purchased and I shall continue to purchase it for what it has done to help my gums. I have receding gums in my lower jaw that were bleeding and causing me horrible pain. Pain to the point that I could hardly chew food. I read about this mouthwash on Amazon and decided to try it. The reviews I read about it that were negative meant nothing to me actually because of the pain I was having and bleeding. The bottom line is that to take the risk and use it far outweighed what I was experiencing. From the first bottle I used I got relief. The pain subsided and the gum bleeding stopped. Now this is a miracle. I am one who does not believe in miracles, however, I do now. I can even brush my teeth better than I had been able to. This mouthwash leaves no after taste in my mouth and does not alter the color of my teeth. When I use it at night after brushing my teeth I do not consume any liquid and go to bed. My gums got in a very bad place before I ever found this mouthrinse on Amazon. I will be facing some dental surgery in the near future and I will write that I believe had I been using this wash at the onset of my gum recession things would have been very different for me. So I will write to anyone who has gums that are receding PLEASE give this a try. I cannot think that this mouthwash would cause any harm outside of the fact that it might cause some folks an issue with staining their teeth. However, as with any product there is always someone or one's that have an issue. This is a huge deal for me using this mouthwash. I have always had problematic teeth issues since childhood and now that I am very far from childhood in age, I consider myself still lucky to have been using this wash. My dental surgeon has even told me that whatever I was using to keep using it. He believes that my gums are not receding as fast as they were and he is pleased that the pain has subsided. Also, I have not had to use the rinse he gave me some time ago that was helping the pain which was expensive any longer. And I do not find the cost of this wash to be expensive at all. Jan Connor

I bought this product back in April of 2024, 2 weeks ago I had deep cleaning on the right side of my mouth and last week I started feeling extreme pain on my right upper molars, as we as swelling, I was planning to go see the dentist again but this past Sunday night I remembered and used this mouthwash, even though it had expired by Monday morning all the pain and swelling were gone. I highly recommend it.

I absolutely love this mouthwash. It makes my gums and mouth feels so good. I use it at bedtime along with the other three products of the detox and maintenance routine. It did take getting used to the taste at first, but that is just because it is full of incredibly good natural ingredients and isn’t artificially sweetened or flavored like conventional drugstore mouthwashes. Now I love it! Like some, I used tooo much at first, it truly only takes about a teaspoon. Your saliva kicks in and you are able to thoroughly wash your teeth, mouth, and throat with it. Bottle is only going to last me about 5 weeks. Next bottle I won’t waste any. I have been using a good healthy natural mouthwash for about three years paying $11 plus a bottle for one month supply, however this mouthwash is far superior in quality and effective ingredients. I intend to use it permanently.

I absolutely love the enthusiasm of this company! I bought my first bottle of mouthwash and rescue powder last month, and just purchased their whole kit, which additionally has oil for gum massage and the oil for oil pulling. I am very much looking forward to trying these out as well. The mouthwash and powder which I have been using daily, leave my mouth feeling crisp and clean! They both have a pleasant flavor, of which I have no complaints. I also really like that it is all natural, and comes with very thorough instructions on usage for all of their products. I bought these due to receding gum lines, which have unfortunately led to a consistent dull ache in my mouth and horrible breath. Though I haven't seen this product 'heal' my gums yet, I hear it takes more than one bottle to start seeing results, so I am optimistic and will update this review if I get such results. It did get rid of the bad breath though, for which I am eternally grateful! Not only could I not stand my bad breath, but I was starting to feel embarrassed to breathe around other human beings. No longer is that an issue :) For this reason, I am confident that this gets rid of the bacteria and keeps my mouth nice and clean. I did start taking loads of Vitamin C, which helps tighten up the gums and helps with repair, and CoQ10, which helps with oxygen and blood flow. After adding these two things to my regimen as well, the pain thankfully went away! Now I'm just waiting to see if my gums start to grow back. I also have a dentist appointment next month, so we'll see what they say. I'm nervous, but hopeful that I can at least get my mouth in a better place before the visit.
