Great option in med-surg shoe.
Great for what we needed it for. Priced right and arrived quickly.

Very comfortable and durable
Love love this brand of surgery shoe. This is my 3rd Darco surgery shoe. I tend to break my feet and had an old one on hand. It was 9 yrs old. I wore it for 4 weeks - thru airports , dog walks every day. It wore out and cracked due to being old and brittle. It had over 300,000 steps in it. Second was a Men's medium - I am size 11 woman. It was 1/4" shorter than my 1st shoe ad hurt my foot and I wanted it a bit longer so ordered the Mens Large which fits comfortably. Walking the mile around the block is now back on table. 1 more week to go.

Highly Recommend
Had surgery on my foot and the doctor recommend that I get these. Definitely takes the pressure off the wound and helps with the healing, I would highly recommend.

The velcro loses it's stick
The shoe is hard bottom without a hard-sole. That's good. No slipping on a smooth floor. There is very little lateral support though. It does not keep you from putting pressure towards the ball of your foot or your on toes so it doesn't immobilize like a boot might. It did provide the minimal protection that I needed. But after a week or so, the Velcro strap at the ankle wouldn't stay attached and the shoe would slip off while I was walking. Won't buy again.
