A to Z of Crochet: The Ultimate Guide for the Beginner to Advanced Crocheter

I bought this crochet book for myself some years ago and this time I purchased it for a birthday present. I like it because it shows me how the stitches will look on the finished product and then it shows me how to do them. It also tells me the name of the stitch, so if I really get confused with the instructions, I look it up on YouTube. Very helpful!

My wife is a doing Crochet since many years. She was always looking for a guide book for advanced techniques and this book was the ideal pick for her. She says this is a sort of library and the designs are well explained. All the basics are included with some advanced techniques with colorful clear pictures. The book has never used and brand new.

As a visual person, I appreciate the abundance of photographs that illustrate the basic stitches. I'm a lefty, so, hopefully, I'll be able to translate teach myself. My copy of the book is absolutely pristine.

I wanted to start a crochet project after many years away from the craft and needed a refresher course on the basics. Consistent with many of the other reviews, I found that the description and pictures in this book were detailed, clear and user-friendly. The book also supports opportunities to advance to more complex projects. It was well worth the investment.

It's has a lot of different patterns. My thing is I'm a visual learner so the book wasn't useful for me, but not saying that it won't help anyone else.

I find patterns difficult to understand, same for YouTube tutorials. The images in the book are ready to follow. Exfriend stole my copy, had to buy again
