Pretty but unable to open 2 months later
So it’s a beautiful handle but the exterior latch was always a bit stiff. 2 months later and we can’t open it from the outside. Will have to pull it apart and see if we can lubricate it or something.

Beautiful Door Handle
This is a beautiful door handle for the price. It’s high quality and was easy to install. Our only complaint is that latch gets stuck and it’s a little tough to open and close from the lever.

Pain to install and doesn’t function very well
Bought this for a new exterior door. As previous reviewer stated it’s a pain to install, it’s impossible to make the plates perfectly square because of the way it must be installed. The doorknob on the inside is like driving a car without power steering-you have to turn it all the way to the right to open it, and then the latch stays in until you twist it all the way back to the left. It feels quality and looks quality, but the mechanisms that cause it to work appropriately are subpar and really disappointing.

Difficult to install
I Love the look of this handle set but, after ordering multiple ones, it is a PIA to install. Especially, if you want everything to actually line up and be straight/square with the door. We did end up keeping it because I could not find anything else similar in this price point but I would caution this is much more difficult to install even for the DIYer.
