Seem to be OK, but, MAY not be "authentic"... time will tell.
I just purchased these for my 2001 Lexus IS300, to replace my original bulbs (never replaced before).I purchased the set of 2, as one was going out (would sometimes turn off, so, I would have to turn off the lights and try to re-fire the bulb... sometimes that worked, sometimes it didn't), and it probably meant the at the other was going to go out as well. These seemed to be at a bargain price (compared to the ones sold at Lexus dealerships).Note that these came in a generic white box, labeled "Philips" in plain black lettering, and not the "fancy" yellow box with the blue Philips name. Although the bulbs had the correct technical specs stamped on them (like "Philips Germany", "D2R", 35W, etc.), I noticed that the insulator tube/ceramic tip (the brown/rust colored tube on the outside of the bulb which covers the metal wire that goes into the bulb), does not seem to have the "pearl like" finish that is supposed be on OEM/Authentic bulbs. Additionally, the OEM/Authentic bulbs are supposed to have a "reddish-brown color" (or red salt) inside the little bubble inside the long glass tube... these did not have that either. That being said, since I had a burnt-out bulb and did not want to further risk a ticket for driving around with one light, I went ahead and installed them. Other than the paid-in-@$$ process of actually getting to and replacing the bulb, the bulb seemed to fit with no issues and reconnected to the ballast connectors with ease. Upon turning on the lights (after proper intallation), they both fired up with ease and (although still the same 4300K spec of the original bulbs) were nice and bright - like they're supposed to be.Since I have my concerns about whether or not these are actual OEM/Philips bulbs, or simply bulbs made by Philips approved manufacturers, I will update this review after some time with positive or negative findings (which ever is accurate).

Best price around. Most other bulbs I've had last around 3-6 months, and these are doing well so far.
