Dryer balls were good

Me balls are super soft no more banging about in the tumble dryer no pong from me balls but me balls do help dry my drawers quicker.

Well, I've never owned a tumble dryer till now, but I wanted to cut down on drying time and had heard about these wool balls that help absorb water. They also help to stop large items, like sheets, from tangling up. You can add a drop of essential oil to a ball or two, for fragrance. They do seem to work!

These are very good quality wool balls which when added to the tumble dryer make a huge difference. I usually have to stop the dryer mid cycle to unfurl all the sheets or clothes which have tied themselves in knots around each other but pop 2 of these in with a load and I’ve found they do a great job of stopping this and therefore drying them more effectively. I have to say I’ve only used 2 of the 6 currently and they haven’t shown any sign of wear & tear but good to know there’s 4 spare if and when that does happen.

I bought these for my mother in law in England; I use them in the US every time I use the dryer. Why use sheets with chemicals when you can use these soft wall balls? I can't say they dry clothes much quicker but they do all but eliminate static and they're essential for drying puffy jackets (the reason I bought them in the first place).Any initial smell from being in a plastic bag soon dissipates. I've used them for 4 years now and will repurchase when I have to.

These wool drier balls do help to soften washing. I like that the balls are natural with no chemicals. Only downside that I have found is that they do tend to fall to pieces. I have purchased similar balls in the past and they lasted a long time. I must have been unlucky with this purchase as one started to split after only a few weeks (5) use. Once they break up you need to throw them away as bits stick to clothing.

Actually helpful in the dryer - I was sceptical but took a gamble, and have definitely noticed a reduction in drying time. Don't perfectly keep the large sheets from tangling, but do help, and everything else is drying more quickly and more thoroughly.

Doesn't really cut down drying time, not sure what else they actually do in my machine. Got six for a good price , and they came super fast.
