Hit me bad boy; again and again!!
Perfect replacement for original Roland mesh heads. Durable. Responsive

Works with PD-140DS
I was nervous that the mesh head will not work with my PD - 140 DS but once installed there has been no issue. The head is two ply and the stock head that comes with Roland has a 3rd layer in the middle, dampening the sound and feel when you play it, overall I can say that head construction is sturdy and withstand a heavy hand such as mine.

Great head but costs too much
Replacement for the worn-out kick head on my v-drums. Fits and functions well. Over priced in my mind.

Expensive but it delivers
As advertised, it works perfectly with the Roland RT-30HR Triggers on acoustic drums. Finally took my standard heads off and converted to full Roland Mesh 2-ply heads on my front four Toms. Combined with the digital Roland Snare, HiHat, Ride and the TD-50X controller, it unleashes the amazing sound and playability of an acoustic hybrid kit.

Worked perfectly for Roland PDX-8 snare
This 8" head was easy to replace for the original one of 15 years. The new head gave new life to the V-Drums, and it looks great too.
