I was looking for a little something-something to give a barbecue sauce some zing. This pruduct give a delightful bit of heat in sweet barbecue sauces especially for chicken. It's not TOO hot but just right. good product.

This tastes just like the peppers from PERU! VERY spicy and such a delicious flavor. I made stuffed peppers using ground turkey with this spice - so YUMMY! Almost out of it, need to order again.

Hard-to-find Rocoto paste
The Rocoto pepper is very hard to find, but this Rocoto paste works perfectly for making Peruvian sauce. Warning: it is very hot!
