This is a great alternative to wheat flour. In my experience it’s kinder on the gut and there is a great taste to it.It’s a great substitute for gluten free and Candida sufferers. Can be used for Keto, Candida, and gluten free diets.The bag it comes in has an easy tear strip and a built in reseal mechanism to keep it fresh.

Great taste and smell
Delicious coconut flour makes wonderful cakes large pack great value for money just make sure you had plenty of liquid as this can be a little drying which is typically with most coconut flour

Good taste finely ground
I liked the fact that this flour was finely ground and had a pleasant aroma. This is the 2nd batch I have had from this seller and would recommend him.

This coconut flour is good quality, and organic.PositivesIt’s organic!Great flavourGood price when you buy in bulkNegativesIt’s slightly coarser than other brands we have tried. Not a problem in some recipes, but for Keto flour replacement you might want to mill it finer in a nutribullet or other processor.
