Fantastic Head Unit
This is a fantastic head unit. I orriginally bought it having an idea of all the cool features i'd have available to me from it being an Android OS. However my actual experience with it has exceeded my expectations. I am still discovering new cool things to use it for beyond the basic navigation, audio and video entertainment. I use an OBD2 adapter paired with an app called Torque for custom guages and insight into how my Prius's hybrid system behaves as i drive. Many activities I used my android phone for I now use this head unit instead such as WiGLe, a a wifi wardriving app that uploads data to a community source for reference in mapping and finding hotspots around town. I could go on and on, I am thoroughly enjoying this device. The voice recognition is Google's and so it works great, very accurate and easy to use.Installation was easy as well. I have not connected a rear camera yet, but the GPS works behind my front window in my 2010 Toyota Prius and I connected the microphone placed just above my visor with all the wires tucked and nicely hidden in the trim. All of the adpaters I needed were included, however there is one plug that used to be connected to my old standard Prius head unit that doesn't seem to have a place on this new one. I haven't figured out what features I've lost yet, if any and if so where to find an adapter harness for it.

A great head unit that brought my car into 2015
This Android unit is awesome! If you are on the fence or are worried about quality, don't. I've been using it for several months and it works great. All the features work as advertised, it works with my steering wheel controls, and also works flawlessly with the backup camera that I purchased separately.PROS:* Nice, large touchscreen, easy to read during the daytime and at night* All features work as advertised* Easy to download new Android apps from the Google Play store, directly on the unit.* Works with steering wheel controls* Works great with backup camera* Works great with an OBD II bluetooth dongle and the Torque app—allows you to read all kinds of information about your engine that you can't normally see (RPMs for the gas and electric engines, engine coolant temperature, timing advance, etc)CONS:* Sometimes, if you accidentally hit the power button and turn your car off and then immediately back on, the unit will not power back on until you turn your car back off and leave it off for about 30 seconds. This has only happened to me a couple of times but it's frustrating if you've already started driving and you can't use the unit at all.* If you download a separate app for playing music, it's possible to end up playing that app and the stock music/radio app at the same time. This can be a problem when using steering wheel controls, as they don't work with the third party apps, but rather end up activating the stock app such that both apps are playing at once. I usually make sure this doesn't happen by switching to bluetooth.* Brightness—turning on headlights only dims the display very slightly, which is perfect if you're driving in the rain. But, if you're driving at night, the display is still way too bright. It would be nice if the unit automatically turned the brightness all the way down, but as it is now you have to do it in settings.None of these cons were a very big deal to me, and all have solutions, so I went ahead and gave five stars. I really love this unit and all of its features, and highly recommend it :)

I normally don't write feedbacks on Amazon. This is going to be my first oneThis is an amazing unit for the sake of adding a better look to your car.The installation is also very simple. It only took me 30 minutes to figure out the entire installation. In my car there was only one pin left without connection, though I don't know what kind of parts would have been connected there, so far I have not seen any issues with the unit nor the car systemThere was a small issue at first that indicated me to check the Hybrid system. but upon inspecting every connection to the system the warning text was gone. I'll attach some pictures so you all can see what does it looks like. One thing to note is that I;ve seen some other head units have the option to change the default nav app. However, this one I can't seem to find any way to do it.Also It does not seem to connect with the ODB2 device even though it actually detects it but does not connect to it.another thing is the wifi reception is really weak, Even my phone only shows 3 bars of strength signal inside the car when I'm tetheringOverall just for the sake of a new fresh Looks to your internal system, it is really nice to look at
