Women Balanced Nutritional Drink, Very Vanilla, 8 fl oz (Pack of 24)

I gave this five stars because it seems to help. I bought these for my wife, who has a sensitive stomach. She doesn’t get balanced nutrition all the time because some foods don’t sit well with her. I decided to try these. They seem to work pretty well so far. She hasn’t had any digestive problems. She sometimes drinks one at breakfast or when she needs something nutritional but doesn’t want to cook anything heavy. The drinks are smooth but not too thick. They go down well and cause no issues for someone who is lactose intolerant. She can use them wherever she goes, as these shakes don’t require refrigeration. Also, they’re made for women, and have extra vitamins and minerals geared toward women’s health. She likes the taste (she opted for the vanilla), but also says they do boost her metabolism. It’s like she’s getting a little extra balance in her diet. For what I paid for and got ($58.44 for a pack of 24 8 oz shakes), I think it was a good deal. But I would have paid anything to make her feel better.

Wanted something to "Boost" my nutrition in my senior years. Read reviews and thought I would give it a try. I love chocolate and the taste is great. It is full of vitamins and minerals. I take vitamins but sometimes have difficulty swallowing pills. This is a great replacement/supplement to vitamins and meals. One reviewer said she takes 1 bottle every morning so I am trying to drink 1 bottle every day. I suggested it to my sister who loves the flavor as well & she is now taking 1 bottle per day. I haven't taken it very long so I can't review if I'll feel a difference in energy yet but am optimistic.

Boost has helped with my Myasthenia Gravis by giving me the extra vitamins & energy I need. It also helps if there isn’t time for breakfast or lunch. Tastes best when cold.

I drink Boost just about every day...cause I basically have no appetite anymore..and I hate cooking for just me. These Boost are definitely a lot higher in calories. I think I'll stick with original. Chocolate flavor is decent

I've tried different brands and BOOST by far is the best tasting. In the last couple of years I've been ill more than usual so part of a daily regime I've added Boost. It's worth the price if I can stay healthy going forward.

Purchased for my Mom. She says they are addictive but helps with her energy levels.
