I really appreciate any product in this category that does NOT give me jitters / shakes. I have no idea how people take things that make them jumpy (but for me this is terrible!) The huge plus of these is that they in no way did any of this - and I'm somewhat sensitive to it so that means they really do not use anything known to produce these side affects. So - huge plus to the company for putting this product out and definitely recommend to people who are in the same boat as me and hate that feeling/worry about the danger.These are easy to take and as mentioned, I don't have bad side affects. While I know some of the effects you can't "see" - especially with the more gentle supplements - I can't say it really did anything huge over the past 8 weeks (not that 8 weeks is a huge amount of time, but you can generally get an idea at this point.) However - I did feel a slight bit more energy at times and for me it was a perfect amount, not too much at all. With something more gentle the trade off is less noticeable results/effects - that is both a good and bad thing. Sometimes I feel like I could even use a little more of a pep, but I'd much rather take something that gives 1/4 of the energy/effects and feels normal and safer.No weird things like burping or feeling the pill undissolved in your body (ugh.) so that is a huge plus. I think it comes down to it being a nice, more natural and safe gentle bunch of ingredients that will give you a slight boost at times, which is fine for me but may not work for those needing more assistance or faster results. Of course none of these pills are a miracle or will do all the work for you, but there are ones that provide more "oomph" and will work faster/better - but at some risk in some cases.Keeping a reasonable expectation in this area is important, and if you prefer a gentler small boost with something safe I definitely recommend these. I tested a complimentary bottle for review purposes, but the price seems ok - maybe a slight bit high for only 60 pills, but I know the more natural items tend to have a little premium and that's understandable. It's nice to have peace of mind and not worry about these though for sure!
