I don't know. Contact the seller or manufacturer. If you buy it from Amazon their policy is that you can return it if it does not work, for a refund. Mine is for a Nikon D750 and works perfectly. VERY good quality! I was impressed and I'm an old Pro!

are these compatible with the new fuji lens 70-300 mm (it has a slightly different attack, and my other set of ext. tubes are not working with it!)

Ive had issues with these tubes and my 23mm 1.4 . One of the tubes it refuses to work with and just starts that weird flicker. Also be aware the tolerances on these can be a bit tight, i actually ended up with shavings that luckily didn't damage my sensor but easily could have.

Can its autofocus be used for reversed lens for Nikon z50?? Is there a way to have autofocus for reversed lens macro photography???

If you use a simple reverse adapter with the JJC auto focus macro extension tubes the lens will lose all electronic connection to the camera (such as your Nikon Z50), so no auto focus, etc. However there is a $596 accessory that should retain all the electronic features of modern auto focus lenses, it's called the Novoflex Automatic Reverse Adapter for Nikon Z-Mount (available in other popular camera mounts as well).
