What a nice surprise
These rice cakes are delicious. They have no salt, and yet they are incredibly flavorful, with a sweet nutty taste. They are super lightweight.But when you bite into them, there's a good solid crunch. Absolutely, no bitterness, just a nice sweet aftertaste. These are my new favorite. I look forward to using them with peanut butter and honey, and also with a plain fried egg

These rice cakes are an healthy option instead of bread. The packaging is excellent and keeps the rice cake crispy. I use these rice cakes with a topping of humus or pimento cheese or nut butters.

Essential kitchen element and healthy substitute for bread.
I use them as a substitute for bread. For two recipes. One, for low calorie pizzas. I sprinkle shredded cheese on them, put them in the microwave for one minute on High, sprinkle oregano on the melted cheese. Add a spoonful of tomato sauce from a can. Presto: healthy pizza quickly. Two, I buy fresh in season avocado and cheap smoked salmon from Safeway. Open up the avocado and gently smash the avocado on the rice cakes and put the smoked salmon on the soft & sticky avocado. Enjoy. Very Healthy and satisfying!

Bad packaging, item was damaged
The product tastes fine. Unfortunately I won't be ordering again. It wasn't packed well, so almost the entire package was crushed into cereal.
