Can this shift a neutral to warm foundation to a cool undertone?

I would say it "neutralizes" more than "cools" foundation colors. If you put too much into your foundation it can make the foundation look a little gray when applied, so beware! Basically, it works great for shifting a foundation that is just a LITTLE BIT too warm to one that is more neutral, but it won't actually turn a warm shade into a cool shade.

Can you use this as a Foundation by itself was wondering if it would work as face/body paint?

Hello, thank you for your question. Our mixing pigment in white is intended to be mixed with foundation and one coat could not be enough for face or body paint. If you would like to try it out as face paint be aware you will need more than one coat to have the color show and stay. Hope this helps, have a great day!
