Really good product, does the job a really fast

I bought Bepanthen Sensiderm for dry, irritated and itchy skin and found it quite gentle to use. It’s a skin protectant that helps stabilise the skin barrier and it seemed to calm redness and itching over time. It’s cortisone free, which I liked, and the texture felt light rather than greasy. For £7.93, I think it’s a reasonable price for a 20 g tube, especially for occasional flare-ups. If you have Amazon Prime, delivery is quick and returns are easy within 30 days if needed.

At 8 months pregnant I suddenly broke out in some type of eczema/dermatitis all over my hands and feet. Tried everything and was prescribed creams by the GP but nothing worked, only made it worse! It was so unbearably itchy it would keep me up at night. I tried this cream as a last resort and within a day the itch and redness had calmed down. After 3 days of using it, my skin is completely back to normal! It’s a very small tube for the price, but it does spread very well, so you only need to use a small amount each application.

On first Impressions the box looked fine, a bit squished in transit but doesn't look like it's been opened. Others have complained that it had no seal which is exactly how I received mine, no seal. However the tube looks new and unused so I have have decided to try it. I have extremely itchy, red, flakey skin on my eye lids which I've never had before so I'm trying this on them. First use, it feels like it has a tiny cooling effect on on them and the itch has dulled down a bit. I'm going to leave this over night and see if it's helped in the morning. Will update when I've had more time to give a decent result/review.

During the cold mornings being a gardener, I had a sudden flare up of eczema on top of my hands, they were really dry, cracking and painful, no oils or any other creams helped me with it but made my skin feel sort of gritty and quite gross, as they did not heal my hands at all, Tis cream did help more than expected. I applied it after every hand wash, and in about five days time and it has really helped it heal and recover, my hands feel really soft and nice to the touch, no more painful flare ups since then! Still going through the therapy, but it is so worth it. The price might be alittle pricey but the tube really lasts.

No foil seal on the tube and the package looks old, so has concern about whether it is brand new. The packaging is also not in English and seems to be made in Turkey. The size is also tiny for the price you're paying. However, have tried it on the rashes and it has reduced the redness within few applications so does seem to work.

Bought for my 5 week old baby. He had what appeared to be quite bad baby eczema all over his face, ears.. very dry. This cream worked almost the same day, made his skin softer and I’ve only been using it 4 days now, his face looks a lot better and eczema seems to be clearing. I’m also using it on my face as I get dermatitis and very dry and itchy skin from cold weather. It has given me an instant relief. some people comment it’s very expensive.. well if you’ve been trying all sorts of creams for years, when you finally find one that works, price doesn’t matter. So I’m happy it worked for both my baby and myself.

Da ich unter Sonnenallergie leide und immer so tolle Pusteln bekomme, dachte ich mir, probiere ich diese Bepanthen. Sie lässt sich schön verschmieren und zieht recht schnell ein. Der Juckreiz ist um einiges weniger geworden, genau wie die Pusteln. Leider ist sie bereits aufgebraucht, da ich einige Stellen hatte zum eincremen, bin aber sehr positiv gestimmt. 👍 Der Versand ging auch ziemlich zügig. 👍
