I keep a travel-kit of adapters. This is one that fits an unusual need, but when you need it, this works great.Compact, fits great, works a treat. What else is there to say?

I just got a new PC and was pairing it with an older monitor that only had DVI input, and it was having issues at higher resolutions, so I purchased this adapter and now it's working flawlessly. This is an excellent value and a rock-solid performer.

I like that I can connect miltiple devices to one port but wish they all worked at the same time and wasn't only 1 device. And if you connect the VGA and the HDMI it goes to the HDMI so you can really only connect 1 at a time. I looked hard for a switch that aloud me to select what port and never found one so had to settlefor this one.

Had to use to connect my work laptop to my desktop monitor on short notice. Worked great and is a great length.

I have a hub with display ports and I used a dp to htmi cable but the monitor would stop working. So this adapter allows me to use a vga cable. Works great.

When I plug it into my GTX 1070 Ti, it seems to work for HDMI, DVI and VGA. When I plug it into the dock I bought it for, only the VGA part of the adapter works. Clearly, the device is functional but I can't really recommend it, when it doesn't fully work with all DP ports. I bought the CableCreation brand adapter (only adapts DP to HDMI) and it just worked. That's the problem with these things, they either work or they don't and this one just doesn't work with all ports, all the time.

I had to give it away because I got the wrong hook up for what I originally needed for but it went to great use for a friend and they love it.
