These are two separate patches. The yellow Pacman patch measures 1.5" in diameter. The ghosts patch measures approximately 4" x 1".

Q: Does this come with the pacman patch AND the ghosts?

Yes. We purchased this to cover an embroidered name on a backpack and it came with 2 patches. One was Pacman and the other was all the ghosts.
