I ordered this set of 90 Xango Mangosteen singles as a health care option for a patient based in USA. First the item arrived late. Secondly, the item that was shipped was of expired due date. Seller - moviestar1926 should not have shipped an expired item. When it was pointed out to them, seller sent a mail saying that if the item was returned, I would be refunded full amount. On my enquiry, the seller confirmed on email that they would refund the return shipping charges incurred by me as well. When the item was returned, seller refused to refund the shipping charges saying that as per Amazon's policy it is not admissible.At the end of the day, I was left with a loss of almost 25 dollars apart from avoidable loss of time and effort.
