After using for a week, everything works great but unfortunately the wireless charging pad stopped working if you see the pictures you can see that one of the contact pins had a small burnout other than that it's been working good. (:Update:) when you spend your hard earn money on products, yes some may fail, but if the seller takes care of it's customer base the customers will return why because of the service that is being given to them. That's what happened. The item has been replaced, and I will update it once again after the week

Not the product for you if your iPhones are in a otter box case. Bought for my husband cause he carries 2 iPhones: one for work and one personal. He has to take out of otter box case to charge. Not very convenient. Nice otherwise I love the concept.Update: after my review seller offered to send upgraded product. I wasn’t expecting a response. Thank you for the Great Customer Service. What a pleasure. I will update again once new product received.Update: over a month ago seller asked me to change my review in exchange for an updated product. I have yet to receive that updated product. Customer Service is a hoax.

I ordered/purchased this item for its intended purpose, to charge two phones & AirPods all in one unit. Great concept but the wireless charging pad didn't work & I returned this product.I am editing my initial review as I told Adams I would do after I was contacted by email by Adams & offered payment for their newly revised 4 in 1 charger that is supposed to enclose all of the lightening cords so that only the power cord is exposed. I will continue to check back and see IF this newly designed product becomes available to order it. I do have to add that this vendor/manufacturer has really stood behind their product by offering to pay for the newly designed unit once it becomes available on Amazon.

We were really enjoying this charging station- but then suddenly, the charging pad stopped working. We haven't even had this product a year and it broke. Otherwise, everything charges super quick. One thing we noticed, you can't have all four stations charging something at the same time. We noticed only two devices at a time can charge. Maybe this is a flaw, and if it is, would welcome the manufacturer replacing our charging station.Also, while it comes with a spot to charge your watch, you have to buy a separate watch charging cord to use on the stand- it doesn't come with one.

I purchased this unit because I wanted to finally get on the wireless charging train and get a docking station for all of my iOS devices. What I recieved was a piece of plastic which was essentially able to only charge my Airpods and iWatch. First, and my largest gripe with this product was the wireless charging portion. The wireless charging section of this product is flimsy and poorly manufactured. The backrest which your phone rests on to charge is poorly positioned and requires many minutes of fidgeting to finally get it to charge. In addition, the backrest simply slides down into the base for a connection which allows for very poor electrical connections and low reliability. I started wire charging my phone again because of how unreliable this was. AND THEN. 2 weeks later the wired charger lost connection somewhere and now I am left with a bulky iWatch charger. I would GREATLY avoid at all costs. I was baited by what looks like to be fake reviews of a glorious product which i can assure you it is absolutely not.

Wireless won’t consistently work! The whole point of buying this! You have to unplug it and plug it back in for the wireless charging to work. Looks like it’s a common problem.

The product looks great and I loved the idea of charging my phone, watch and airpods in one station. But I've had a number of issues with the wireless charging. I had to return my first order because the wireless charging didnt function. The replacement worked fine initially but I started having issues just a month after using it. I have to constantly adjust the phone to make sure its picking up the charge. And after 3 months the wireless charging just doesnt work. I have to use another product that my wife ordered and the wireless charging works perfectly there. Disappointed!!

Pictures look good but this thing feel really cheap when you get it. Hollow plastic and the pieces are all removable.You get 2 lightening charger cables which is nice as well.So far no complaints other than the cheap feel. Wireless charger works well so far.
