Q: can you get replacement blades if they break?

You cannot replace the blades!, to avoid damage to the cutting matrix ensure you cut the end of potatoe so it is flat. This will ensure less load on cutter when you push the spud through.

Q: What are the two different blade sizes

Chips (normal size) and french fries (skinny)

Q: How do I remove the push plate and blade?

There's a small screw that loosens by hand and the plate can be removed for cleaning or changed
