Strong and usable - bought after wasting money on cheaper versions.
I have no idea why a metal shoe horn should be so expensive, but I know that a previously purchased two pack that was cheaper item bent almost immediately. So, although this is expensive, it is strong and sturdy and I expect to get years of use from it.

Handy gadget
My 85 year old dad has a terrible time getting his shoes on. I had a small show horn but he would lose his balance. This longer show horn works perfectly for him. It's sturdy and he doesn't need to bend over as much.

Where have you been all my life
I didn't really think I needed a shoehorn until my dad complained that I was lacking one at my house. Now that I have it, I can't believe I have been trying to stuff my feet into my shoes like a chump all this time. I use this for all my runners and any shoe that is a pain to get on. This is especially helpful being a pregnant lady because it's hard for me to bend over without getting out of breath. Love this shoe horn. Very sleek and comfortable in the hand, perfect and fuss-free to get your shoes on.

Good quality
Very good quality shoe horn. One solid metal piece, good length, and thickness. If you're looking for a shoe horn that you don't have to bend over much, this is not the one. It's a good length for me but I know some people that need them longer due to mobility issues and back pain.So far I like it. If that changes I will update my review. I don't like the retractable telescopic ones because they're always retracting when a bit of pressure is applied.
