Low cost, works and does the job
I needed this to deal with the bootlace connectors that I use for fitting into terminal blocks. Yes you can use bare wire in those, and if you get one strand out of place you can spend forever trying to hunt down the trouble.Used right out of the package it has a good feel to it, applies enough pressure to crimp the fastener to where it cannot be pulled apart by hand.Do keep in mind that this will not do those fasteners in the 4awg to 8awg range, and that requires a separate crimper.PROs- Good out of the package- Does what it is supposed to do- Can be adjusted for tighter crimping if you need itCONs- Just a dot or two of lube needed to get things working right- Feels a bit lightweight and that is due to the nature of the crimp involved which is spread over 4 surfaces- Orange handles...well at the price I can't really complainWorks, does the job, low cost, good crimps and the CONs are just nitpicking.Remember your size range when purchasing crimpers! This will cover most of the intermediate stuff well, but for the smaller and larger diameter wires, you need different crimpers.

Superior Product!
This tool is very high quality for the price with superior performance. I've actually been looking for one of these for some time. They are designed for the bootlace connectors, very popular in Europe but a little less common here. This is the best terminator on the market for low power or signal applications. They crimp the terminal to the wire with just the right amount of force, regardless of size, creating a solid mechanical bond. The result is a square shaped end that connects well to almost any terminal Love this product and I LOVE AMAZON for always having what I need at the best price!

great tool for projects and work
I originally purchased my crimper in august 2016 for a project at home. More than 2 years later i use it at work and am very happy with it. feels good in my hands, does the job well and it was inexpensive. So far there are no signs of wear. I have nothing negative to say about this product. jump ahead to 2021, and my department at work purchased the for all the techs.

Simply a great tool at a great price
These are nice Ferrule crimpers. They work every bit as good as the multi hundred dollar big name crimpers at a fraction of the cost. Not only that side by side in our shop these last 2-3 times longer. Sorry Omega, Greenlee, Phoenix contact but at over 10 times the cost it would be just plain foolish to consider your crimpers. These may not have the same cache when you pull them out of your toolbox but every time you squeeze the handle you will be able to think of the 3 extra digits in your pocket.

These do a good job crimping the wire ferrules but they don't come ...
These do a good job crimping the wire ferrules but they don't come out very square. It's more of a concave square, my hexagonal pair gives me a flatter surface than these.

Another useful crimp tool at a reasonable price.
Ferrules will change your life. Suddenly keeping the ends of stranded wire neat and tidy is a joy. And now, with this tool, you don't have to take out a mortgage on your home to enjoy the luxuries that the ferrule crimped wire ends provides. So go on, click buy, and your next DIN rail reject will be pristinely wired and strain relieved. You can thank the Chinese for showing what a huge scam the crimp tool market from American and European companies is. If you are spending $100-500 a crimp tool, you are doing it wrong.

Work well
I work in a panel shop. Crimpers usually cost hundreds of dollars so I was skeptical that these crimpers would be any good. Been using them for a month now and they work just as well as any others I've used. Can't beat the price. Long delivery time but worth the wait.Update: A year later and they still work fine.

Fantastic for the price
Considering the Greenlee pair costs 100-200 bucks, I bought these guys as an addition to bring along with me on service calls; cheap enough whereas I wouldn't be overly annoyed if I lost them. But I was pleasantly surprised - I can't say I have used them every day, but I use them frequently enough to say they get the job done. I didn't expect to be able to adjust the pressure at this price point, but alas, you can. And for the price, you can buy 10-15 of these for the cost of the expensive guys.
