Its a size R drill and tap set which will get to 1/8NPT thread size

How far do you tap for the sensor?

So I taped a little and then tried the fitting, I did that until the fitting wasn’t flush but close too. That way I didn’t over/under tap the depth.

What size tap wrench do I need?

I used my to both drill the hole and to tap it out. Make sure you put oil on the tip while drilling and tapping and go slow.
