Effective for Endurance and Recovery for Exercise of all Levels
Writing after several uses of the NOW L-Glutamine capsules. I have used these on several occasions for the sole purpose of adding endurance when doing more strenuous exercise AND recovery after. Happy to say they do the job for both of these needs. This product has been know also for gut and immune support which is and added bonus. Zero Taste Capsule These are effective for endurance and recovery. After using them my next workouts felt easier and I could push myself further. These are good for the everyday exercise person or even well as someone who is an advance athlete or trainer.

Good quality and as described. Larger pills but you can pull the capsule apart and mix them into smoothies.

Who knew? Family owned. In my book that is worth something. Good product, decent price, made in the USA. yeah I'm sure that there are sources from over seas but that can get a little funky if you know what I mean. I'm taking supplements for health and wellness and I really don't want to have to attempt to research an overseas supplier, you know? Recommend

NOW is a solid brand
This is a stronger mg than I used before. I like this reputable brand. I take glutamine for the gut benefits, recovery and cravings reduction it provides. I take on in the morning on an empty stomach. I could take more but this is enough for me now
