I actually returned this chair to Amazon for a few reasons. First of all, the tan/beige color is really more of a yellow. It doesn't look at all like the picture, in my opinion. The chair also seemed quite hard and not very comfortable. And, when I would sit down or get up, it would make a squeaking noise.All that being said, it "might" be the best chair you can get in this price range. We have just been spoiled by the rocking chair we bought at Costco for our first baby. It is the most comfortable chair ever; the cushions are feather filled! It was also cheaper than this chair, but I think deals like that are really hard to come by.As for Amazon's return experience... That was amazing! They have great customer service; the chair was picked up the very next day after I made the request.

It is what I expected for the price. The chair itself is very comfortable and looks great in the nursery....the microfiber is a poor quality fabric. It is very thin and doesn't spot clean easily. Overall the chair works well for us but I wouldn't expect it to last for another nursery in the future.

My wife and I recently ordered this chair for our son's nursery. We really liked some of the Pottery Barn Kids rockers and gliders, but weren't convinced that they were worth the $1,000+ price tag.So, when we found this chair with very positive reviews, a brand we recognized, and an affordable price tag we decided to purchase it. We've been very pleased with it so far.The delivery was free, and the delivery men carried it all of the way into the house and into the nursery. That's hard to beat for $350.

The chair looks great, but the seat is so hard no one can even sit on it. I've called several upholsterers to replace the rock hard seat foam, but they charge 1/2 of the chair's price! If I could return it, I would, or at the very least have the manufacturer send me a new seat with soft foam in it. I don't know how to contact them, though.

This chair is very stiff and provides zero neck support. I'm 5'7" and the back cushion only reached to my upper back. I had to return it and look for something else for a nursery chair.

Poor job on the upholstery. Uneven skirts all around. Cushions very hard, not comfortable. Wish I'd never ordered it.

Love this glider! For the money it's a no brainer. I have used it for one month now and it is a total back saver! It's plush, comfy, and very roomy. Perfect to sit down and nurse in. In fact when baby's done, we just sit in it and hours go by. Definitely recommend. I love the royal blue too.

She LOVES it...and so I LOVE it too! She's going to be a new mommy and I'm going to be a new Nauni (g'ma!) so, we needed a comfy rock the baby kind of a chair. It looks fantastic and will facilitate YEARS of lovin our baby good n proper like!
